At times, you don’t have certain software on your PC not because they are not necessary, but just for the simple reason that you have not had any use for it for a very long time.
A friend of mine, the proprietor of the DMC Enterprise gave me a document to scan and send to his email address in acrobat pdf format. Thank God he sent one of his employees to deliver the assignment to me. If not, he could have been very shocked that I don’t have a pdf converter on my PC.
I just told the messenger to be patient and that it will take me about an hr to be done. As soon as the guy left, I stated searching for Primoopdf, one very effective pdf printer I have used in the past. This time around, I was a bit reluctant searching for Primopdf because last time i did, i was told that I require the dot net framework for it to work. No timer for both downloads.
It just flashed through my mind that online software has never killed someone I know. I decided to search for “online pdf converter” and I found www.freepdfconverter.com
There, I could easily just convert the file to pdf format and save to my hard drive. They also have an option you can select so that the converted file is emailed directly to an email address you specify.
Easy!

There are very many means of converting a document to pdf but i have always been having trouble with quality. When I convert, I don’t the results as being as smooth as what i find on application forms.
Appart from being portable and not easily editable, can someone tell me any over advantage of pdf over other popular file formats?
Hi to all,
IMHO; Whilst pdf is not easily editable as mentioned (unless you own the expensive software) but then you wouldn’t need to find a converter. would you!!
The main comment I wish to make it that the main advantage would be that a pdf is self contained thereby can display pictures without the need to link/call them, and is readable on both PC’s and Mac’s..
